1. DENSE PHASE PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEM
Since the inception of the SMCS, the main focus of the organization has been in to the Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying System.
Pneumatic conveying is nothing more than creating a pressure differential along a pipeline and moving a bulk material along with the air as the air moves towards the area of lower pressure. This can be done with a vacuum inducer, or with compressed air being injected into one end of or along the pipeline.
Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying is the best technology to convey a Bulk Solid Material which can convey most of the Bulk Material available in different sizes and different specification and in different atmospheres also.
MERITS OF THE DENSE PHASE TECHNOLOGY OVER OTHER
· Dense Phase operation (with its relatively low velocities) is preferable as the conveyed material do not degrades easily or is highly abrasive.
· Dense phase conveying can handle high throughputs over long distances while requiring smaller line sizes than either dilute-phase or vacuum conveying.
· Operating, labor and maintenance requirements are lower, because there are virtually no moving parts
· Easily fluidized products, the power consumption is lower when operating in the dense phase.
· Applications range from food to poison, from light fumed silica to heavy powdered metals.

2. HIGH CONCENTRATION SLURRY DISPOSAL SYSTEM (HCSD)
On a path of succeeding the fulfillment of vision of SMCS, we have diversified ourselves to a technology which is widely accepted by the organization seeing their inability to store and convey the dry material and looking for an alternate technology.
SMCS has join hand with a world renowned technology provider from Germany in the field of Highly Concentrated Slurry/Sludge Conveying along with the manufacturing of the pumps for these applications up to the range of 350 M3/Min capacities.
The Slurry pumps developed especially for industrial use pump liquid and pasty substances and even substances with a solids content of up to 88% offering a multiple use
The Pump Benefits:
A. It can convey coarse particle upto 25 mm under any circumstances upto longer distances . In other words with a particle size of up to 80 % of the outlet diameter can easily be conveyed
B . Due to less no of moving parts, lesser maintenance is required .
C. Due to lesser stroke in comparison to other pump manufacturers, less wear and tear occurs.
3. BOTTOM BED ASH CONVEYING SYSTEM
We design, fabrication and supply of Bottom Bed Ash Chin and belt scrapper system for high temperature and heavy particle size coarse material.
These systems are use to collect the waste material from boiler outlet, cooling the same though dewatering. Ash falls continuously from a boiler through the boiler outlet hopper in to a chamber filled with water. The wet ash is conveyed from the chamber through continuous loop of running slat type chain conveyor and can be loaded directly to a transport or further conveyed to a storage location for disposal. The movement of material from one side of the conveyor to other side can be increased or decreased as per the requirement of the client and based on the length of the conveyor. Our conveyor can designed as inclined, to ease the loading of the wet ash to a transport directly.
